Description
Chilli Slideshow is a flexible and responsive Joomla module designed for creating professional image slideshows without HTML, CSS or JavaScript knowledge.
The module includes three slides by default, while additional slides can be added easily using the plus button. Each slide can contain an image, title, formatted text and a call-to-action button.
Complete control over slide content
Each slide has its own content and design settings. You can select an H1, H2, H3, H4, H5 or H6 HTML tag for the title and define its font size, color and alignment.
The TinyMCE editor allows you to format the slide text, create lists and add links. Text size, color and alignment can also be configured separately.
Buttons can have their own text, URL, font size, text color, background color, hover color, padding, corner radius and alignment. The adjustable top margin gives you precise control over the distance between the text and the button.
Flexible content positioning
The content block can be placed in nine different positions, including top left, center, bottom right and other combinations.
You can adjust:
- Content block background color and opacity
- Internal padding
- Horizontal and vertical distance from the image edges
- Maximum block width
- Corner radius
- Individual title, text and button alignment
These options make it possible to adapt every slide to the composition of its background image.
Animations and autoplay
Choose between four transition effects:
- Slide
- Fade
- Zoom in
- Zoom out
You can enable autoplay and define both the transition duration and the delay between slides. The slideshow can also pause automatically when a visitor places the mouse pointer over it.
Arrows, dots and thumbnails
Chilli Slideshow supports several navigation methods. Side arrows can be enabled for manual navigation, while the bottom navigation can display dots, image thumbnails or remain hidden.
Dot colors, active dot color and size can be customized. Thumbnail width and height can also be adjusted.
Responsive and easy to use
Separate height settings are available for desktop and mobile devices, ensuring that the slideshow remains attractive and readable on different screen sizes.
A customizable color overlay can be placed over all slide images to improve text readability and create a consistent visual style.
Install the module, add your images and content, adjust the design and publish it in the desired Joomla module position.
