Chilli Call to Action – Flexible CTA Module for Joomla
Chilli Call to Action is a flexible Joomla module for creating attractive call-to-action sections without writing HTML, CSS or PHP.
Use it to highlight an important service, promotion, download, contact page or any other action you want your visitors to take. The module includes extensive design controls and works independently of the active Joomla template or framework.
Flexible Content and Typography
Add a title and supporting text using the Joomla editor. The title and text can be styled independently with separate controls for:
- Font family
- Google Fonts
- Desktop and mobile font sizes
- Font weight
- Text color
- Title alignment
- Text alignment
The descriptive text can also be hidden on mobile devices, leaving only the title and action buttons visible.
One or Two Custom Buttons
The integrated Button Builder allows you to add one or two buttons. Each button has independent settings for:
- Button text
- URL
- Link target
- Background color
- Hover background color
- Text color
- Show or hide option
Common button settings include font size, font weight, vertical and horizontal padding, corner radius and spacing between buttons.
Multiple CTA Layouts
Choose the layout that best suits your content:
- Text on the left and buttons on the right
- Buttons on the left and text on the right
- Text above the buttons
Title, text and buttons can be aligned independently. Internal padding, minimum height and spacing between content areas can also be adjusted.
Color or Image Background
Use a solid background color or select an image through the Joomla Media Manager.
Image options include:
- Cover, Contain or Original size
- Nine image positions
- Custom overlay color
- Adjustable overlay opacity
These controls help keep the title and text readable over almost any background image.
Border and Shadow Controls
Define the CTA block with a fully customizable border:
- Border width
- Border style
- Border color
- Corner radius
An optional block shadow can also be configured with custom color, opacity, horizontal and vertical offsets, blur and spread.
Responsive and Template Independent
Chilli Call to Action automatically adapts its layout for mobile devices. Desktop columns are converted into a clean single-column mobile layout, with content displayed above the buttons.
The module uses isolated CSS classes, Joomla-standard image processing and versioned assets. It does not depend on Helix, JoomlArt, Chilli Flex or any other template framework.
